Ingredients
- Milk f/c 200 ml
- Custard Powder 2 tsps.
- Sugar 2 tsps.
- Egg 1
- Lemon Arginaid 1 sachet
- Lemon Juice 1 tbsp.
- Lemon Rind finely chopped 1 tsp.
Instructions
- Blend custard powder, milk, sugar and egg.
- Cook in microwave for a few minutes until thick.
- Cool and stir in lemon rind, lemon juice and Lemon Arginaid.
