Ingredients
- Resource 2.0 HN 1.5 cups
- Cream 1.5 cups
- Castor sugar ½ cup
- Gelatine powder 2.5 tsp.
- Vanilla essence 2 tsp
- Raspberries
Instructions
- Dissolve gelatine in 2 tsp. boiling water, over a water bath.
- Add to heated and cooled Resource, cream and vanilla essence stirring constantly.
- Pour into 6 oiled ramekins to set and cool and serve with raspberries.
