  2. Garlic chopped 10x
  3. Onion chopped 10x
  4. Carrot diced 6x
  5. Bacon 15 rashers
  6. Bacon bones 1kg
  7. Chicken Stock 100g
  8. Sustagen Hospital Neutral 400g
Instructions
  1. Fry garlic, onions, bacon till onions are brown.
  2. Add water, bacon bones, split peas, carrot and slow cook till split peas are soft.
  3. Add chicken stock and Sustagen Hospital Neutral and serve.
