Ingredients
- Water 200ml
- Passionfruit 1x
- Lemon Rind 1 tsp.
- Sugar 2 tsp. or Norbu Monk Fruit Sugar Substitute 1 tbsp.
- Lemon Arginaid 1 sachet
Instructions
- Place ingredients in a blender, blend till foamy and freeze.
- Remove from freezer and rewhip and freeze, this time in the serving dish.
- Remove from freezer and stand for 5-10minutes to soften before serving.
