Ingredients
  1. 300ml skim milk
  2. 1 egg
  3. 1/4 tsp. cinnamon powder
  4. 1 tbsp. skim milk powder
  5. 1/2 tsp. vanilla essence
  6. 1 large banana
  7. 1 tsp. Metamucil
  8. 2 tbsp. low fat natural yoghurt
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend. Serve cold.
